Camping, but with a difference.

This was part of Donalds not too radical ideas, but certainly not what the Education Authority would endorse. Don thought that the Linton children, coming from mixed, and very often, troubled backgrounds, ought to be able to think for themselves. One method was to show how expensive, and most probably unobtainable camping equipment, was not needed in order to live and enjoy the great outdoors, improvisation was the name of the game, Donald would conduct these sessions where children used whatever materials they could obtain to use for camping.
